Refund & Return Policy

At Metafotos, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Since most of our products and services are custom-made, including personalized prints and photography deliverables, we generally do not accept returns unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Proof of damage (such as photos) must be shared via email for verification.

Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you regarding the refund process. If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not applicable on digital downloads, completed photography services, or edited images.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued only for valid cases of product damage or order error on our part.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are found to be defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us with the details and images of the issue.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the production or processing hasn’t begun. Once processing starts, cancellations are not permitted.
